Principal Structural Engineer Job,

Inner West location.

Our client is experiencing significant growth and now requires the services of a proven Principal Structural Engineer.

This is a perfect opportunity for an “A Grade” candidate to move into a career defining role.

Your new company

• Located within Sydney’s Inner West with very good access to public transport.
• Specialising in Multi Storey residential constructions.

Your new role

• This is a permanent position, commencing from mid-January 2017.
• Managing a broad range of structural design projects.
• Major projects including twenty level high-rise buildings within Sydney's Inner West.
• You will team lead Engineers, Drafters and Graduate Engineers. 

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have a solid, consistent, long term outlook and experience.
• Relevant degree qualification required. 
• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with an Engineering Consultancy in Sydney and CPEng qualified. 
• Strong technical background with knowledge of Australian Standards.
• Candidate must be able to review structural designs and drawings. 
• With an ability to execute projects and technical reports effectively.
• Must be an experienced with small & large scale developments.
• Strong experience in structural analysis and drafting software (e.g. AutoCad, Microstran, Inducta family).           
• Must be able to prove a track record leading and delivering structural and civil engineering projects within NSW (without supervision).
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
